I had a Endoscopy procedure at Braintree Community Hospital with Dr Fox, who treated me with kindness and dignity throughout the procedure which helped because I was realy nervous. He was as gentle as was possible, and took great care that I was not to uncomfortable. Prior to that the nursing staff were very good both on arrival and during the procedure.I cannot praise them enough.

I was made to feel very much at ease and relaxed, great care taken by Dr Fox and the nursing staff from start until the time I left. I was also informed before the treatment what the procedure would be Which was a big help.

I was impressed by all the staff at Inhealth Ipswich, as they were all very friendly and took the trouble to make me feel less nervous about the procedure, especially the lady who filled out the questionnaire and got me ready for sedation and the lady who gave me refreshments in recovery. I didnt see much of the Dr as I was sedated but he seemed very nice and as I had no ill effects he must be very good at his job. The sedation worked well as I dont remember much about the process. It all seemed to happen quickly and I had no ill effects. This survey does not allow me to select Inhealth Ipswich, which is where i saw Dr Fox. So I have selected Ipswich Hospital but it was Inhealth Endoscopy in Ravenswood, Ipswich.
